All prices are in NZ dollars.  Prices are subject to change but we will notify you of any changes that may occur due to supplier increases.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. If you order an item and it does not fit, there is no problem returning the item for an exchange of size or a store credit.  Returns and exchanges must be returned within 10 days of delivery provided the items are unused, clean and in original packing.  Any freight charges associated with exchanging products are charged to you, so please enclose return postage with the goods.

If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.  Items that have not been used according to care insturctions will not be exchanged or refunded so please read instructions carefully.

Sale goods can not be refunded or exchanged unless there has been a prior agreement with us.
